Payment Policy

You can make payment by Visa or Mastercard. Payment data is securely transmitted, and credit card payments are securely processed using Pay Fast. I also accept payment via PayPal or EFT if you that’s what you prefer. Both options are available at Checkout.

Shipping Policy

I usually post your order on the next business day if possible, but guarantee postage within 3 business days.

If you opted to receive your parcel via the South African Postal Service, you can expect a 4-5 day delivery time. Your parcel will come complete with tracking code which I will email to you as soon as the package is on its way.

If you chose to have your soaps sent via The Courier Guys, it will be delivered to your physical address in 2-3 working days.

I am not responsible for items that are confirmed as delivered by SAPO.  Delivery issues should be handled through SAPO, however, if you are not sure of the status of your delivery or have reason to believe that we have made a mistake, please contact me at pauline@nourishsoaps.com

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

If the condition of your order is not as expected (damaged), I offer a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Proof of damage (picture) is required. To initiate a refund, send an email to pauline@nourishsoaps.com with the word “refund” in the subject and an explanation of why you would like your money refunded.

If you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, please contact me via email.  All situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
