Welcome to Nourish Soaps. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them before completing your purchase.

All Nourish Soaps products are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Because our products are handmade, small variations in colour, shape, dimension, weight and appearance may occur between individual bars, fragrance varieties and production batches. These natural variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in appearance may occur.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Nourish Soaps.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without prior notice, but the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Payments are securely processed through PayFast. Nourish Soaps does not store customers' credit card details.

Orders are delivered by courier to the delivery address supplied by the customer.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability and circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Goods remain subject to the applicable consumer protection requirements during delivery.

We want our customers to be happy with their Nourish Soaps purchases.

Our returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in our policy is intended to restrict any rights you may have under applicable South African law, including statutory cancellation rights for qualifying online purchases.

Our soaps are intended for their stated cleansing purposes. Customers should review product descriptions and ingredient information before purchasing.

If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please check the ingredients carefully before use.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Customer information supplied during the ordering process is used to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers and provide customer support.
